MANUFACTURING SETUP

Kriti’s facilities located at Ranjangaon, near Pune, has a most modern layout and state of the art machine and equipments. The skilled and experienced work force gives it the capability to meet customer’s expectations for sourcing high end products thorough its efficient production and assembly operations.
This world class facility, which is TS 1949 certified comprises of machines ranging upto 1800 T capacity, printing facilities, welding facilities, gas assisted moulding. All machines have microprocessor based control and are from leading manufacturers like Ferromatik Milacron, L&T, Motan etc. This facility has fully automated loading, batching, drying and conveying systems and robust quality systems and testing equipments in place.
Kriti is also exploring opportunities for technical tie-ups with companies who can bring in technology and introduce Kriti to new European car manufacturers, establishing shops in India.

Pune is fast upcoming and the most preferred automotive and FMCG product manufacturing hub in India. Many leading international giants like GM, FIAT, TATA MOTORS, SKODA, MERCEDES, VOLVO, LG, WHIRLPOOL, VIDEOCON have established their manufacturing plants in this region.
