Preparation
Filling: Take 1 tsp Kriti cooking oil and add the cumin seeds. Now add peas and green grams (cholia) and sauté. Add the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and some water till the peas soften. Now add the green chillies, coriander leaves and chaat masala and blend in mixer.
Dough: Sieve the flour and add carom seeds, salt, clarified butter and water to make a dough. Prepare small rounds and roll them with pins and to form cup like shapes.
Put the filling inside the cups and seal from all ends. Heat Kriti cooking oil till its hot and then deep fry the kachori.
Serve hot with green coriander chutney or ketchup. |
